ABOUT OUR FOUNDER

Lori began her food journey by training at Leiths and the Culinary Institute of America. 

 

This happy path has taken her from working in restaurants, to food styling,  to cooking on fires at game reserves (sometimes with lions nearby!) and a stint in the Arctic Circle. 

 

Each experience over the years has further fuelled her passion for simple , bold and exciting flavours . 

 

She founded More Please , one of London’s most creative catering companies in 2010. Over the years,  Lori has created thousands of bespoke menus for many brands and is still inspired every day with new ideas .
